what does Plus+ do?

a lot! game awards, leaderboards, a friends list, and direct challenges - just to start

what’s the difference between friends and followers?

followers are people who have added you, while friends are added by youself
to move a follower to your friends list, just add that person as a friend, making the friendship mutual
mutual friends can see each other’s real name, status, and photo avatar

how do the avatars work?

one avatar is public - this is how everybody sees you. the second avatar is private and seen only by mutual friends
